SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to get your product to you as quickly as possible. The following charges will be added to your order for SHIPPING and HANDLING...$5.30 for U.S (48 contiguous United States) and $16.95 outside of the 48 contiguous United States. We do not offer express shipping at this time. Most orders are shipped the next business day after they are placed. Orders in the continental U.S. arrive within 5-7 business days.

RETURN POLICY

We provide a 30-day return policy for items that are damaged upon your receipt. Customer will receive a full refund of product price only and is responsible for any return shipping fees. PAYMENTS, TAXES, AND REFUND POLICY

You agree that you will pay for all products you purchase through the Services, and that Elizabeth Hairston Enterprises (EHE) may charge your payment method for any products purchased and for any additional amounts (including any taxes and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your Account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING EHE WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES.

Your total price will include the price of the product plus any applicable sales tax; such sales tax is based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time you download the product. We will charge tax only in states where digital goods are taxable.

Prices for products may change at any time, however in the event you return a product during a price reduction or promotional offering, you will be the amount you paid for the product only.

If a product becomes unavailable following a transaction but prior to download, your sole remedy is a refund. If technical problems prevent or unreasonably delay delivery of your product, your exclusive and sole remedy is either replacement or refund of the price paid, as determined by EHE.
